Our dedicated team of Regional Sales Managers have a wide array of knowledge from so many different places. On the team we have current and retired firefighters, tenured business development managers, and guys who take the time to listen to our customers and provide solutions that just make sense.
All-American Hose has such a wide variety of hose for all kinds of hose applications, and our sales staff works diligently to listen and work with you to determine the best hose for your unique hose application. We've got choices and we want to help you choose the best hose at the right price for you. MIKE WOODS, SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
A seasoned industry veteran and an invaluable resource for All-American Hose customers, Mike Woods has been with the Company for more than 30 years. His firsthand knowledge is unmatched: Mike has cross-trained in every aspect of the manufacturing of lay-flat fire hose, which gives him a unique command of product composition, performance grade and application. He has extensive experience applying and specifying hose and couplings for all industries, from municipal firefighting and mining, to nuclear and fracking applications. Mike oversees all All-American Hose product exports and manages customer supply/service with incredible responsiveness and efficiency.
JEFF THOMPSON, MIDWEST REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Jeff Thompson is an industry veteran with a wealth of product knowledge and experience. He has spent more than 30 years working for four fire hose manufacturers—with 15 years of that time representing National Fire Hose/Snap-tite Hose/Ponn. His firsthand perspective is unique: Jeff has worked with and trained municipal and industrial distribution fire departments, as well as agriculture distributors, in 48 states and four provinces in Canada regarding fire hose, nozzles and water flow appliances. He also worked in the National Fire Hose factory in weaving, finishing, testing, QC and customer service. Jeff holds a BS degree in Fire Science and Marketing and is an instructor at the Texas A&M municipal and industrial fire schools.
JAY HILLIS, SOUTHEAST REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Jay Hillis is a Savannah, GA native who has spent more than 30 years in fire service where he has served as an ARFF firefighter, a municipal firefighter, and as a fire chief. Jay is also a licensed fire instructor, an extrication specialist, has been a member of the peer review board for FEMA grants, and is also GSAR certified. Recently, Jay retired from full time fire service and began his career in fire equipment and fire hose sales. Jay has an extensive background in the fire suppression industry and fire ground hydraulics to include rural, metro and industrial applications. Jay has a hands on approach for his customers and embraces the challenges of matching the customers with the correct tools for the job.
WILLIAM GRAVES, NORTHEAST REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
A 40-year veteran of the fire service, Bill Graves is a Captain with the Ridgefield Park, NJ Fire Department and a former fire school instructor. He offers All-American Hose customers incredible depth and breadth of experience, which includes a BS degree in fire protection; and host of fire training certifications including Incident Command, Rural Water Supply and High Rise, Engine Company, Foam and Refinery operations. Bill’s hose expertise focuses on attack and supply, as well as municipal and industrial fire department usage. He has served on Homeland Security Projects with 12" diameter hose and specialized LDH task forces (for water supply). An active member of NFPA, Bill works to establish standards involving fire hose, couplings, nozzles and appliances. He is a member of FEMSA/FAMA. Bill also offers 20+ years of experience with Snap-tite Hose/Ponn—he was mentored by the industry’s early innovators including Don Ruffcorn “Mr. Ponn,” the designer of the Supreme and Conquest brands.
CHAD ANDERSON, SOUTHWEST REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Chad has over 26 years of involvement in the public safety market, including 10 years as a firefighter, 12 years as the coordinator of the Arizona State Fire School Extrication class along with six years coordinating fire hydraulic classes. Chad is currently still serving as a Board Member and instructor of the Arizona State Fire Training Committee and brings years of experience in sales and marketing of fire products.
Building and providing product confidence to firefighters in the Midwest and Southwest areas has been a passion of his for more than 20 years. From the smallest department to the largest, his goal has always been that everyone is treated the same and properly trained for any emergency response with their equipment. Service after the sale and ongoing commitment to quality are two of his major traits.
JOHN GREEN, NORTHWEST & WESTERN CANADA REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
As an industry veteran with more than 20 years sales experience, John Green has exceled in providing end users with the right product, training, and service. Using education as the cornerstone, aligning the needs and wants of the customer to the resources of the manufacturer is his primary focus. Having water flow experience with respected brands within the industry, John will be able to provide the information needed to make the best choice for your department. Possessing an extensive understanding of the municipal fire hose market, LDH industrial sector, and NSF 61 potable water arena, John is a strong asset in the Northwest Region and our overall US presence.
ROB METSKER, MILITARY/AGRICULTURE SALES DIRECTOR
A retired veteran of the United States Navy, Rob Metsker brings firsthand, real-world experience to his role as Military Director at All-American Hose. In the Navy, Rob served as a high-performing mission-oriented officer with over 30 years of successful service to his credit. Throughout his tenure, Rob held several senior operational leadership positions that optimized his strategic acumen. He brings that disciplined, focused approach to his work at All-American Hose, where he works to provide product solutions for customers in both military—and now, agriculture sectors—to help them strengthen their competitive edge.
